The hotel offered modern spaces and a cute atmosphere. every area was spotlessly clean. i particularly loved the spacious balcony attached to my room on the 12th floor. the large bed was very comfortable. I slept well.

i found the pillow a bit too soft for my personal preference.

Valet parking was available. It was very convenient for rental cars. the pool area was very clean and included sunbeds with a great view. i saw that there is a tram to the marina that departs right from the hotel.

i found the unit excellent. staff helped me by allowing access to a room to freshen up after my early arrival following a long flight. i really appreciated this.

i found the staff helpful and polite. my room included a fully equipped kitchen, very useful. the location was very convenient, near dubai marina. the valet parking was efficient, something i appreciated a lot as i had a rental car.

the bathroom water temperature was either too hot or too cold.

The breakfast buffet was acceptable. There were many options available.

The bathroom situation was disappointing. The water temperature fluctuated drastically between too hot and too cold (despite multiple visits from maintenance). I couldn't get a consistent shower . the pillows were too soft and thin.

the breakfast had a large choice and i enjoyed the omelets. the valet parking was helpful. the whole place was very clean. the staff were very friendly and provided great service i felt well taken care of.

the pillows provided were too thin and soft i would have preferred more supportive options for a better night's sleep

The gym had three treadmills. There were also two stationary bikes. The breakfast had a good selection of foods. The pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section.
