The hotel offered modern spaces and a cute atmosphere. every area was spotlessly clean. i particularly loved the spacious balcony attached to my room on the 12th floor. the large bed was very comfortable. I slept well.
i found the pillow a bit too soft for my personal preference.

i found the staff helpful and polite. my room included a fully equipped kitchen, very useful. the location was very convenient, near dubai marina. the valet parking was efficient, something i appreciated a lot as i had a rental car.

The bathroom situation was disappointing. The water temperature fluctuated drastically between too hot and too cold (despite multiple visits from maintenance). I couldn't get a consistent shower . the pillows were too soft and thin.
